Needs & Challenges

We knew from our experience that growth can be tricky and it involves architecting solutions at every phase. Design, programming, sales, customer relationship, analytics, reporting, and outreach all fickle elements that change form and shape based on where an organization is, in its growth phase. We have never had one challenge for this project, but it has been a suite of challenges that have taken different angles all through our journey with Carport Central.

We were not merely selling Carports on this website. We were bringing the trust to the fore by creating a bouquet of tools. Cibirix needed to quickly deliver on the promise of a great platform backed by active campaigns that could generate hundreds of leads a day. And that is what we exactly did. Prototyping & Digital Wireframes

We learnt and interated and came out with winning designs that were based on robust wireframes to communicate layout decisions and navigation. With a few iterations, we were able to prototype the wireframes with the right heirarchy. Initially, a lot of client involvement was required to set the directions right this important part of the framework design phase clearly defined the hierarchy of elements on each page as well as a complete sitemap.

Website Design

The digital world has definitely turned into to a more visual and colorful experience for users to surf. With the design patterns & styles evolving with every passing day, gaining traction and engaging audiences is no easy feat. Your site’s design governs whetehr users trust you or not.

Our visual designers backed by the research and wireframes created a robust site design for Carport Central. Brand consistency was our first priority and with the help of tools we structured this website in a way which adapts to the device its viewed on.

3D Images

Carports are a visual purchase; like most of the other products and the more you can close the gap in letting your users get a firsthand feel of your product the better for your sales. Our research continued to show us that 3D images will be a strong differentiation factor for Carport Central. Buyers of metal buildings can get a clearer understanding of how the real building would look on their site.

Conversion rate has improved by 178.88% from 2015 to 2016 and there is also an increase in number of conversions such as 363.09%. In year 2017, we have seen an outstanding improvement in the overall site conversion rate by 390.44%.

Custom Tools

We have developed CRM Tools on top of Zoho CRM using the Zoho API and have recently launched a custom buildings estimator for Carport Central.
