Should be proficient in using a CRM (Sugar/Zoho/Sales Force Specific experience is a plus)
Skilled in using Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel.
Communicate with the US team of Cibirix on a daily basis through phone and email.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
CANDIDATE PROFILE
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the skills and responsibilities listed above
Experience in a job that thrived on customer service and the the customer experience.
A born to do it personality
Must be business savvy and relationship driven.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Should be able to speak and write in American English than most others.
